What size events do you cover?
We provide audio production for events from small meetings up to around 400 guests. This covers most conference rooms, wedding venues, and live music spaces across Leeds and Yorkshire.
Do you provide a sound engineer?
Yes - every production booking includes an experienced on-site sound engineer who handles setup, mixing, and teardown so you can focus on your event.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak seasons. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability.
What if I just need equipment without an engineer?
That's our dry hire service. You can rent professional audio equipment and run it yourself. Visit our dry hire page for more details.
Do you do a site visit before the event?
For larger or more complex events, we offer a pre-event site visit to assess the venue acoustics and plan the optimal setup. This is included at no extra cost where needed.
